Time for another game - outfit spotting, haha. Joanna usually wears outfits more than once, so let's find the same top, coat or dress at different events!

Now, that's interesting: this episode of the Graham Norton show was recorded in 2007, and she wears it two years later and still looks good in it. So never throw your clothes away, haha!

I'm sure there are more. Joanna admits to rewearing clothes, especially after she's cut things up, shortening the skirts or making a shirt out of other pieces, that kind of thing.

Great one! And I absolutely adore those boots 
And I remember a story about someone running an article on a dress that Joanna had worn 3 times, and every time she changed something about it. Was this in NRFS,or in an article or something? I can't remember where I read this.

And yes, you're right Phil - I remember that too, haha. And why not? It's such a waste to pay a huge amount of money for clothing to throw it away after you've worn it once. Either change it or leave it: it might even be vintage in a few years!
I thought I recognised the jacket she wore on Jonathan Ross too (from a photoshoot) but looking back, I'm not sure if it's the same: it could just be the quality of the file as you see everything much clearer on a LCD screen, but could be mistaken. (as I was pretty tired when I was watching it)

Yes, she talks about her clothes in NRFS. She has a whole closet full of suitcases, and has loads of clothes packed up in them. She drags something out, alters it, and then rewears it, until she can't cut anything else off and still leave it wearable.

It was Catherine Buckley, actually, who dressed Purdey for the first four episodes and later did Patsy. However, Catherine couldn't keep up with the shooting schedule, so Purdey's clothes were done by Jillie Murphy after that (including that outfit, which is from Tale of the Big Why). But those shoes are awesome anyway, so I'm not surprised Jennifer wore similar ones.

That is strange, because I really am convinced I saw Betty Jackson's name on the credits a couple of times... Maybe they just used her designs, just like they did for AbFab? They're really beautiful indeed, although actually walking in them must be a rather painful experience, haha.

No, Betty Jackson never did TNA. Just Catherine Buckley and Jillie Murphy, who did all their own designs. Catherine was the common factor between Patsy and Purdey. There's a little bit about the switchover on this page.
