The gorgeous white suit, it looks so good on her!

Stylish in NY. :D

You can never have enough hats, gloves and shoes!

Another of Patsy's ridiculous attempts to look younger, haha!

^Actually I quite like that last outfit. It looks good on her, and indeed, it does make her look younger. Mission accomplished

I recall a very lovely short blue dress with black trim that she wears when yelling at Saffy (who then slaps here. Don't recall the episode. I've only watched most episodes once, and that was a couple years back). Joanna gets an amazing wardrobe on that series, very tailored and sleek. It's quite amazing to think that the same woman who did Purdey's clothes on TNA, Catherine Buckley, is responsible for Joanna's AbFab wardrobe as well. Just goes to show how much she grew as a designer (because face it, Purdey had some pretty terrible outfits).

That episode you're referring to is 'Birth', the last episode of series 2.
And I didn't actually know the same person designed outfits for Joanna both in TNA and AbFab! That's amazing

Joanna remained loyal to her after all those years, which is nice to know. Patsy's clothes are beautifully tailored, and I was quite surprised to learn the same woman was behind Purdey's as well. But then Catherine was just starting out at the time of TNA, and some of Purdey's sleaker looks do seem to echo what Patsy would be wearing (considering that that was the '70s and AbFab was '90s). Poor Catherine was always cramped for time on TNA, too. Part of the reason Purdey was always doing fight scenes and running in shoes and skirts was they could only finish four or so episodes in time for filming, and if none of them were practical, well, they went with that they had.

''I am 42!'', lol! I don't think the 'trashy' look really suits her, I like her more classic outfits better. ;)

I agree that some of the outfits Joanna wore for TNA were - indeed - sometimes pretty terrible, but that also goes for AbFab, I think. It always surpises me how Pats can look both very common and stylish in the very same episode, especially in series 5. I love how the show is so fashion-focused though, and you can clearly see a big difference between the first three series (shot in the nineties) and 4 and 5.
