It was really awesome to not only be able to write an article for a fansite (having missed the era of fanzines), but to be the very first person to contribute made it even better. I love The Champions, and I couldn't help but notice some strong similarities between the episodes. One of these days I might even manage that Champions/TNA crossover I'm always talking about. It's a really fun series. If you ever get a chance to see it, give it a look.

At the very least, you can look at Alan's wonderful composite images.

Thank you! It was fun to do, particularly because I love both shows so much. (I must like casts made up of two guys and a blonde ice-queen girl. ) Made me feel really legit as a writer, too.

Im upto chapter 7 in Brazil but havent had internet for the last few days. Totally disrupted my reading Gunna start reading again tonight im definatly curious to how all this is goin to play out tho

You're clipping along pretty good (well, except for the lack of internet). So you've just hit Purdey's rough spot. Poor Purdey really gets put through the wringer in this one (well, and the next one, but in this one Gambit doesn't fare too well, either). Hope it's enjoyable!

The chapters keep getting longer, so expect to slow down quite a bit.

It's like a film! Brilliant! I've made an epic--exotic locales, danger, suspense. Thank you!

Rejoice! After a long sleep, "Life on Mars," er, lives! Well, I'm happy, anyway. Lots of distractions meant a lack of updates, but hopefully I'll never let a fic sit that long again. I just hope I haven't lost all my readers in the process (and everyone still remembers what happened in the last few chapters). Anyway, this chapter's short, but hopefully they'll get longer again as I put more work in on it. Enjoy!

Just read it, and loved it! I think that completes the confusion for Purdey now. First Larry, and now her dad! I'm really excited to see where you're taking this story. Is our poor Purdey mad, in a coma, or is there something else?

I'm glad! Yes, poor Purdey's feeling very confuzzled. Mad, coma, or something else? Sam Tyler, you're needed!

I think there are a few more twists that coming that ought to keep you interested. And I'm going to add a couple more in as I do rewrites...

I won't speculate about upcoming twists, but I can think up a few Where's Sam Tyler when you need him!

It'll be interesting to see if your speculations match up to the twists. Poor Purdey--she really isn't going to know which way is up by the end.

rabidsamfan read my AU fic yesterday and gave it two thumbs way, way up! So I think this one will be going on ff.net as soon as I get beta comments. I'm very happy.

I was really surprised because I was feeling a little unsure of it by the end (as I do with most fics. Too much exposure when to them when I write makes me very unobjective), so it was nice to hear someone else say "It's brilliant!" I think you might enjoy it when I finally start posting it.

I've finally managed to write chapter 8 of my fic. And I think I can wrap the story up with another 2 chapters. I've written down parts of chapter 9 already (did that months ago), but it's not finished yet. And I've sort of planned the last chapter in my head, but I can't come up with a suitable ending.
Can I send you chapter 8 to be betaed Timeless?
