Joanna on the Full Wax

I just finished watching the Full Wax episode with Joanna (as herself) in it... Hilarious! I was really dying to see this cos - according to Jojo Lummers herself - this was the sketch that became her audition for AbFab.. It had indeed a lot of Patsy bits in it, like the drinking, the snogging.. Loved it!

Has anyone else seen this?

Yesh, I've seen this and loved it!
Apparently there's at least one more (or maybe two) episode(s) around of Joanna on The Full Wax, in one of them she dresses up as Purdey. I believe she mentioned this in her autobiography too.
I'm dying to see that one too, but so far I've never been able to find it anywhere...

But Joanna in a messy house, with loads of empty bottles next to and in her bed, is just soooo Patsy avant la lettre

Haha, yeah I know! I didn't like it for the first few minutes cos I felt it was a complete rip-off of AbFab, and then I realised that AbFab had not yet been written by that time..

I'd love to see that other one too - I do not have the file either, and there's nothing on Youtube unfortunately.. And I adore the nickname Ruby Wax made up for her: Jojo Lummers. Cute!

That's the one I want to see, too! Joanna mentions it in her biography. This one was fun, though. I love how Joanna had Purdey pictures everywhere (including one of her between Gareth's legs from the Dead Men are Dangerous fight). Thanks for sharing! :lol:

Shame, I was hoping someone on this forum could help me out with Ruby trying to get Joanna back to work. She did talk about it in NRFS, and it sounded absolutely hilarious - I've been looking for it for ages, but no luck unfortunately.

I've got only episodes 01x04 (when Ruby breaks the window to come in Joanna's house) and 02x01 (in bed with bottles).
Still looking for episode 03x01 (22 April 1993), the other guest was Billy Crystal.
I've made a request on the box : someone uploaded episode 03x02 a while ago, we never know!
